FAQ
Questions? Answers.
Everything you need to know before your visit.
Do you buy cards?
Yes, we buy everything: singles, sealed product, bulk, binders and complete collections. Every store does free appraisals and makes you an offer on the spot. Learn how selling works.
Do I need an appointment to sell or get an appraisal?
No. Just walk in during store hours. For very large collections you're welcome to message us first.
What games and products do you carry?
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Digimon, sports cards and more. We stock packs from the latest sets, thousands of singles, plus binders and supplies to protect your collection.
Is a specific card in stock?
Every store moves thousands of cards a day in both directions: we're buying collections and selling cards all day long, across our display cases, binders and bulk racks. Inventory changes minute to minute, so the best way to find out is to come in and dig. Singles from $1–4 live in our binders, $5 and up are in the display cases, and the bulk racks are full of cards under $1.
Is your Japanese, Korean and Chinese product legit?
Yes. All of our Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese product is bought at the case level. We never buy loose boxes, so you can trust that nothing has been searched and the hit rates are exactly what they should be.
How do release events work?
We run launch events for the biggest new sets, built so collectors actually get the product. Dates, rules and participating stores are announced on our Instagram.
Are all stores open the same hours?
No, each store follows its own schedule. See Locations & hours for today's hours at every store.
Can I open my packs in the store?
Absolutely. Rip them right there and show us the hits. There's room to trade and play with friends too.
Do you sell online?
Online shopping is coming soon. In the meantime, visit any of our stores, and follow us on Instagram for new arrivals.
Do you grade cards?
We don't grade cards ourselves, but every store will appraise your cards for free and make an offer if you'd like to sell. Thinking about grading? Read our guide: Is my card worth grading?
Do you sell gift cards?
We don't sell gift cards, but you can add money to a store credit account for anyone you'd like, right at the store.
